Korupsi Rp 59 Miliar Di Dogiyai, Belum Tuntas

Kasus korupsi semakin beredar di facebook, bahkan dirilis media online. Status dan pemberitaan media sosial kembali menarik perhatian tuduhan tindakan menyimpang berupa korupsi di kabupaten Dogiyai Papua, Kamis (8/1/2014).
Seperti yang dituliskan salah satu facebooker asal Dogiyai,  dengan nama  Yan Yuaiya Goo. Status tersebut, ditulis pada Rabu (7/1/2014). Yan menuliskan angka korupsi oleh Bupati Dogiyai dan jajarannya senilai  Rp 27 Miliar. “Dana 27 miliar rupiah itu bersumber dari dana APBD tahun 2014 di Kabupaten Dogiyai,” kesannya.
Belum ada tindaklanjut mengenai tuduhan penyimpangan anggaran daerah itu. Namun demikian, sejumlah pihak tak menutup kemungkinan korupsi itu.
Salah satunya adalah warga Dogiyai yang menduduki kursi DPRD setempat. Seperti dirilis media  www.majalahselangkah.com, “Ada salah penggunaan dana bansos Dogiyai tahun 2013. Waktu itu bupati mengatakan, ada pemerikasaan di tipikor polda Papua,”   urai Markus Waine, salah seorang anggota DPRD setempat.
Dana bansos yang belum jelasnya nasibnya tahun 2013 sebesar Rp 32miliar. DItambah dengan tahun 2014, sebesar Rp 27 miliar. Total 59 rupiah, selama 2 tahun itu. (Kotekabobe)

Pengejaran dan pembunuhan terhadap orang Papua masih berjalan hingga tahun 2015.
Situasi pembunuhan dan pemusnaan Etnis dan ras Melanesia, demikian pernah terungkap dalam diskusi dan buku-buku yang beredar mengenai orang Papua dan nasibnya di masa mendatang.
Salah satunya, adalah penyisiran dan pembantaian terhadap warga sipil di Distrik Tembagapura, Mimika, Selasa (6/1)2015) lalu.  Dalam penyisiran tersebut, salah satu warga bernama Yondiman Waker ditembak aparat tanpa sebab dan alasan yang jelas menurut warga.
“Saat penyisiran, pukul 05:00, dari Tim gabungan TNI dan POLRI, ditembak, saudara Yondiman Waker, umur 39 tahun di bagian perut 2 CM dari tali pusat. Rumah warga dibakar habis,” kata Benny Pakage, aktivis HAM gereja Kigmi Papua, seeprti yang dilangsir www.tabloidjubi.com pada hari Rabu (7/1) kemarin.
 Kasus kekerasan aparat negara, bersentara terhadap warga ini dinilai melanggar Hak Azasi Manusia (HAM). “Alasan apapun atau dalam situasi apapun, nyawa manusia tak bsia ditembak dan dikejar seperti binatang,” demikian lontaran sejumlah took Agama di wilayah itu, Kamis (8/1).
Sebelumnya, kasus kekerasan aparat bersenjata Republik Indonesia juga telah menembak mati sejumlah warga Paniai, awal Desember 2014.
Sebab penyerangan aparat ini seperti dalang kekerasan negara yang berjalan sepanjang waktu di  Papua. Hingga Kamis,hari ke-8 bulan Januari, warga sipil ketakutan dan melarikan diri ke hutan dan  gunung sekitarnya. Mereka takut terhadap aparat militer Indonesia.
Meski begitu, kepolisian dan Tentara Indonesia, mengklaim warga Papua adalh milik Indonesia, kecuali warga tertentu yang dituding peneror atau pembuat onar di kalangan warga. Pembersihan lokasi warga, telah dilakukan sejak Rabu (7/1) kemarin, seperti kata  Kapolda Papua Inspektur Jenderal (Pol) Yotje Mende.
Pimpinan Polisi daerah Papua itu mengakui, telah menggerakkan pasukan militernya. Para pasukan militer itu milik Tentara  Indonesia, terdiri dari dua pertiga anggota Polres Mimika, 453 orang Satgas Amole, 27 orang merupakan gabunganPropam, Reserse, Intel dan Satgas Ops Polda Papua, serta 150 personil TNI bersenjata lengkap dari Batalyon Kodim Mimika,
“Brimob Polda juga disiagakan sebanyak 500 personil. Mereka siap diberangkatkan ke Timika dalam operasi penegakan hukum. Targetnya satu, tangkap hidup atau mati para pelaku,”  ujarnya,   Rabu kemarin.
Warga setempat telah dituding menembaki para aparat kepolisian beberapa waktu lalu, sekitar tambang perusahan raksasa itu. Namun tuduhan itu telah ditepis warga lokal.
“Kami bukan penjahat, kami bukan pembunuh. Tapi kami menjunjung ketidakadilan negara di daerah kami,” tulis salah satu warga dalam pesan yang diterima keluarganya di  Kota Timika. (Kotekabobe)
